Delivery times

All orders placed & paid before 20:00 on workdays will be send out the same day when choosing PostNL shipping.

When choosing DPD shipping the cut off time is 16:00.

Packages send to The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany arrive the next day.

Most other EU countries receive their packages within 2-3 workdays.

Return policy

As stipulated by law, you may return a product up to 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Would you like to return a product? Please let us know via the contact form and send the product to us within 14 days after receipt:

Make sure you include the original packing slip or a bill with your contact information so that we know to whom we can refund the purchase price.

Return conditions

We can only accept returns if the products meets the following return conditions.

You may remove the product from its packaging, except when the product has been sealed. We cannot accept the return of products whose plastic packaging has been opened

Make sure you always include the original packaging. We may charge an additional fee if the product is damaged during the return or if the product is returned incomplete.

After returning your order we will refund your order in full within 5 working-days.

Exchanging a product

It is possible to exchange a product. Please note that the above return conditions also apply. We will ship the item you want to exchange within 5 days after receipt of the return. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
